Mental Models

The exploration of a range of mental models and thinking structures will provoke and challenge your thinking and offer different perspectives to the challenges we explore together.

Goal Oriented

Both extended and simplified elements of the GROWTH coaching structure will be the backbone of the sessions. Where appropriate each session will focus on goals, both big and small.

Coaching sessions will be co-designed – you play an active role in the design – to suit your needs. As well as respond to how your situation changes throughout our coaching partnership.
